Payment Terms

ZipZaper offers both free and paid plans. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to the following:

  • Subscription Fees: Paid subscriptions are billed annually or monthly. Fees are subject to change, and we will notify you of any price changes in advance. You acknowledge that if the fees change, you may continue using the service under the new terms or cancel your subscription.
  • Payment Methods: Payments can be made through various methods, including credit card, PayPal, and other payment services supported by ZipZaper. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge the selected payment method.
  • Non-Refundable: Payments made for subscriptions are non-refundable unless specified in our refund policy. You acknowledge that subscription fees are charged in advance and there are no pro-rated refunds if you cancel your account mid-cycle.
  • Subscription Auto-Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it before the renewal date. You may manage your subscription renewal settings in your account settings.

User Content

You are responsible for the content you upload to ZipZaper. By uploading content, you agree to the following:

  • Ownership: You retain ownership of any content you upload to ZipZaper but grant us a license to use that content to provide our services. This includes processing invoices, receipts, and reports related to your account.
  • Prohibited Content: You may not upload content that is illegal, defamatory, infringes on intellectual property rights, or violates any third-party rights. This includes uploading copyrighted materials without proper authorization.
  • License to Use Content: By uploading content, you grant ZipZaper a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute that content as necessary to provide the platform's services. You also grant ZipZaper the right to store, process, and analyze your data.
  • Content Removal: You may remove your content at any time from your account. However, certain content may be retained for legal, technical, or backup purposes even after deletion.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZipZaper's liability for any claim related to the platform is limited to the amount you paid for the subscription in the six months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the platform. This includes loss of data, revenue, or other financial losses.

ZipZaper does not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or functionality of the platform and disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Termination

ZipZaper may suspend or terminate your account for any reason, including if you violate these Terms and Conditions or engage in prohibited activities. Upon termination, you will lose access to your account, including any data or content stored on ZipZaper.

You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us or by following the steps provided on our platform. After termination, you will no longer have access to ZipZaper's services or data, and your obligations under these Terms and Conditions will survive.

Changes to Terms
